Amor Booysen

Hi my name is Amor. I was born in Swakopmund. I am tall, light in color with mixed up hair colors. I am funny and once you get to meet me you will know all about me…wait…wait for it…I’m exciting! I want to be a chemical engineer. They fix stuff and I like fixing things! I am surprising. My friends would say I’m smart and bubbly. I laugh really hard and I can’t stop. Sometimes I snort when I laugh. Smiles make me happy, people comforting me when I’m sad, makes me happy. When I get angry and scream at people then I feel bad and I start to cry. I’m very sensitive.

Latoya Charlie

Hi my name is Latoya Charlie. I was born in Windhoek. I live with my mom and aunt. I want to be a model when I grow up because I have seen models on TV and really want to do that. I like that I have big eyes and a beautiful smile. My friends say that I am talkative and naughty. I like MYO because we get free education and food for lunch. I would also like to thank the teachers for teaching us. I am happiest when I am riding a bicycle, when I am best in class at school and when I am shopping. I get sad when someone dies and when I see dogs that are sick at the SPCA.

Glorische Davids

Hi my name is Glorische Davids. I was born in Swakopmund and live with my grandparents. I want to be a pediatrician when I grow up. I really like my personality. My friends say that I am fun, active, amazing, a bit crazy and a bit of a drama queen. I like everything about MYO, especially music. They have helped me with math and English. My favorite color is purple and I like lasagna, pizza and ice cream. My favorite kind of music is R&B.

Hi my name is Donna Eises. I was born in Outjo. I live with my mom and little brother. I saw lawyers on TV helping other people and want to do that when I grow up. I like my body, especially my eyes. My friends say that I am clever and naughty. MYO has helped me with my subjects. I really like MYO! I am happiest at MYO and when I get to eat chocolate. I don’t like it when people say bad things about me and are not nice to me.

Hi my name is Eugene Hamaseb. I was born in Swakopmund. I live with my mother, father, and 2 sisters. I want to be a scientist when I grow up because my best friend and I talked about it and it sounds good. I like that I am smart and handsome. My friends say that I am short, a good friend and that I am the class captain. I want to thank MYO for teaching us more things. It makes me happy when I look at my report with good marks but I get really sad when people say bad things to me.

Hi my name is Visdorina Ibwaakena. I was born in Walvis Bay. I live with my mom, stepfather and little sister. I want to be a doctor when I grow up. My favorite part of my body is my lips. My friends say that I have pretty hair and cute eyes. I like how MYO teaches us and that they give us food at lunch time. MYO has helped me to learn many things on the computer. My favorite color is pink and I like warm chips. My favorite song is Rock N Roll by Beyonce.

George Iyambo

Hi my name is George Iyambo. I was born in Windhoek. I live with my grandmother and sister. I want to be a police officer when I grow up because I want to arrest people that do bad things. I have nice eyes. My friends would say that I have beautiful eyes and that I am a good friend. I like EVERYTHING about MYO! I am happiest when I am playing guns with my friends. And nothing makes me sad!

Hi my name is Angela Kaivara. I was born in Okakarara. I live with my mother, father, 4 brothers and 1 sister. I want to be a lawyer when I grow up. I like that I am clever. My friends say that I am friendly and caring. MYO is very important to me. I like the kind and loving people here. MYO has taught me many things that I did not know and has taken me many places I had not been. My favorite color is blue and I like ALL junk food. My favorite songs are Dream A Dream and May The Road Rise To Meet You.

Hi my name is Mbatoo Katjiuongua. I was born in Otiwarongua. I live with my mother, father, three sisters and ten brothers. I want to be a model when I grow up. I like my hair and that I am clean. My friends say that I am exciting, happy and anxious. I like the decorations at MYO. I like how clean it is there and how the teachers treat us. I also like their cooking and that they keep us fed. MYO gives you community and life skills. I have a lot of fun respecting everyone and everything. My favorite colors are orange and white and my favorite songs are May The Road Rise To Meet You and We Are Namibia’s Children.

Hi my name is Shakira Klaaste. I was born in Swakopmund and have lived there all my life with my mother, step-father, grandmother, grandfather, two uncles, two aunts, two little brothers, two little sisters and three cousins. I want to be a helpful person when I grow up and maybe an animal doctor. I like my whole body. My friends would say that I am short, I have long hair, and I am very funny! MYO helps me with computer class, to know my math better and to write my English better. My uncle makes me smile because he tells funny jokes. I love my whole family. It makes me sad when I think about my father being in the hospital.

Hi my name is Noreen Kwala. I was born in Katima Mulilo. I live with my two of my aunties, two cousins, and my uncle. My auntie inspired me to be a Vet doctor because she cares about animals. And my cousin inspired me to want to be a model when I grow up because she was brave and entered the Miss Caprivi competition. I like that I don’t care what people have to say about me, I just go ahead with my decision. My friends would say that I am a funny joker and I keep good secrets. MYO has taught me to love one another and to trust people. They also have taught me many activities. I am happiest when I am enjoying the world. It makes me sad when I lose a family member or a friend that I trust.

I want to go into space, I ‘d like to an astronaut. I saw that guy Feliz jump out of a space capsule and thought he was going to die! And when he landed I was so excited.
