Rosalia Alfeus

I was born in Swakopmund on 31 March 2003. I live with my parents and younger brother. I REALLY love reading books. Every spare moment I have, you will find me reading mystery books. One day, I would really like to travel to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower. I really love MYO. It is a great place to study and have fun. My favourite teacher is Mrs Wagner. She is a fun and clever teacher.

Laurencial Gaoses

Hi. My name is Laurencial. I was born in Khorixas in 2003. My favourite sport is running. I am good at it – well, sort of. When I am an adult, I would like to become a First Lady or an eye specialist. My role models are my mother because she has loved and cared for me and my uncle because he is very funny. In my spare time, I like going shopping with my mother and using my mother’s make-up.

Sartta Hangura

Hello everybody out there! I’m Sartta Hangura and I was born in Windhoek on 30 December 2003. I live with my aunt, niece, nephew and cousins. My favourite subjects are: English, Natural Science, Life Skills, Reading and Maths and my favourite food is chicken. I HATE to be teased. What I like best about MYO is that, even though I go home tired, I always get extra help and information. I have two best teachers – they are Mrs Wagner (MYO) and Mrs Shituleni (at my school). My friends think I’m smart and teachers often comment that I am a disciplined learner.

Melitha Hashiyana

My name is Melitha Hashiyana. I was born on 2 February 2003. My favourite subject in English and what I like best about MYO is the MYO teachers, especially Mrs Wagner, our MYO English teacher. MYO is a great place to be! When I am finished school, I would like to become a doctor so that I can help the Namibian people. I would also like to visit China to see a Panda Bear. I hope you enjoyed reading about me.

Launa Haiduwa

I was born on 30 March 2003. I live with my mom, two brothers and one sister. When I grow up I’d like to be a doctor and I’d also love to go to France. To meet Angelina Jolie in person would be amazing! My teachers think I am a very talented young girl.

I was born on 28 November 2003. I love my mother because she cares for me and always gives me love. I love flowers and I love MYO because they give me better education. One day, I would like to go to Germany and London so that I can learn more about these countries. I would like to be a doctor when I grow up.

Hi! My name is Ester – they call me Estalitah or Shorty. I live with my parents, older sister, younger brother and baby sister. I was born in Swakopmund on 18 January 2003. My dream is to visit America one day. I’m crazy about reading adventure books. My friends would say I’m pretty and always smiling. The thing I love most about MYO is the teachers’ love, the FREE education and they give us food!

I was born in Swakopmund on 16 February 2003. When I grow up, I want to become a dentist. My favourite subject at school is English. I like it when someone says something good to me. I don’t like it when I fail a test. I love to come to MYO because they teach us new things and it is good to be with my MYO friends. When I am bored, I like to read a book.

Hi! My name is Rinea – they call me Natie and I’m a clever girl. I live in Swakopmund with my aunt, uncle and cousin. I would like to travel to America to see Rihanna and Chris Brown. My best books are adventure books. I also like eating chocolate and meat (not together!) The best thing about MYO is the way they teach us, treat us and feed us. My friends would say that I am clever and pretty.

Naomi Kondjashili

Hello, I am Naomi. I love to play with my friends all the time, they say I am very friendly and kind. I wish I could play with them forever and never stop. My mother inspires me the way she educates us children. When I am grown up I would like to work as an engineer. I would also like to travel to Europe, especially Spain one day. Nevertheless, Namibia has many nice and kind people too and I like living here a lot. I really like MYO because it teaches us important things that we do not learn at school and my marks got better,too.

Moses Malakia

I was born in Mondesa, Swakopmund on 11 May 2003. I love Reading and outdoor activities, especially Soccer. When I am an adult, I want to be an Engineer. I do not like to tease people or be teased. I want to be respected by others. My favourite things at MYO are: the education, the Music lessons, playing Soccer and the food.

Hello. My name is Aaliyah Mondovi. I was born in Usakos on 18 February 2003. I love MYO because I learn more and we also get free food. When I grow up I want to be like the MYO Music teacher, Mr Joel, because he can play any instrument. One day, I really want to be a musician. MYO is the best!

Rosina Mwateta

I live with my aunt, uncle and cousin. Everybody in my family loves me a lot. My teachers would say I make them proud. I love everything at MYO. When I grow up, I want to be a truthful journalist. One day I would love to visit Brazil.

I was born on 15 February 2003. I live with my grandmother and cousins. When I’m an adult, I’d like to be a doctor. If I ever got the chance, I would love to meet Angelina Jolie, Carlos Ponce and Ximena Duque. My friends would say I’m a bit of a clown because I’m funny. My teacher says I’m clever, exciting, interesting and strong. What I like best about MYO is how kind the teachers are.

Nicolas Nambimbo

I was born in Swakopmund, Namibia. I live with my mother, stepfather, sisters and brothers. When I grow up, I want to be a soccer star so that I can go to Brazil and play Soccer with other teams. I hope to play Soccer for Namibia one day, and maybe I can take over Santos Junior Neymar’s place so that I can put Brazil on top.

I was born in Walvis Bay in 2003. I LOVE playing Soccer and my favourite food is Cornflakes. I would like to become a pilot when I grow up. I would love to travel to Angola so that I could see my grandfather. What I like best about MYO is the teachers. My greatest wish is to become a professional Soccer player. I am good at drawing and always try to be helpful.

Hello. My name is Jeremia. I was born in Oshakati in January 2003. I live with both my parents and my younger brother. When I grow up, I would like to be a very gentle and understanding husband and father as well as a professional Soccer player. I would love to meet Steven Seagal because he acts in “Fantastic” and action movies. I admire Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo as footballers, but my best is Neymar. What I like best about MYO is the kindness and gentleness of the teachers.
